Window to the Soul

I went art supply shopping in an actual store and not online!
I almost threw up thinking of how I spent £34.05 . . . I even
remember the exact price after almost a month, see? The
entire time I was thinking 'I could get this so much cheaper
online . . .'

However, it's good to go window shopping with an actual window
every once in a while, not just with the window of my browser.

I bought some woodless charcoal pencils since I wanted to try out
charcoal for a looong long time. I love how dark charcoal is, compared
to graphite, but it's hard to get some decent tone in it. So I took
out my trusty watercolour brush and added the shading with water;
I thought I might as well go all the way and add some actual
watercolours. boom.
